Toll Brothers, Inc  hosted a vendor picnic on July 27, 2007 to kick off their participation as Builder Captain on GSA new headquarters, The Center of Hope in Ashburn.  Toll Brothers invited their subs and contractors to explain the project and ask them to bid on it.  With Toll Brother’s generous commitment of donated project supervision and management the building transformation into a Thrift Store and Administrative Offices will be taking shape from now until the winter.  They have asked their subs to please be generous with their gifts of in-kind labor and materials to this project.
